We bring you news of the British Eventing Charitable Foundation's new initiative, the ‘Jump Forward’ programme. Open to 16 to 21 year olds, this free programme aims to educate young people about the benefits of volunteering.
There's sponsorship news from Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials as they welcome SsangYong Motor UK on board, and positive news from the International Olympic Committee, which has confirmed that equestrian sport will be in the Olympic programme for the 2024 Games and has approved the Olympic formats submitted by the FEI for the Tokyo 2020 Games.
Finally, the teams have been announced for the FEI Nations Cup in Austria and the USA, as well as long lists for the 2017 British Young Rider European Championship, the Racesafe Junior squad for the FEI Junior Championships and the Charles Owen Pony squad for the FEI European Championships for Ponies.
